Demographic and Profile Data is also collected at our site. This data is also necessary for processing agency appointments and is used solely for that purpose.

Agency Information is used solely for the purpose of prospective agency appointment processing and is never given or sold to third parties for any purpose. Once appointed, this information is captured in our database for future updating and program communications.

None of the above data - Contact Information, Unique Identifiers, Demographic and Profile Data, or Agency Information - is ever given or sold to third parties for any purpose.
